Your

Arrival & check-in

We're at Ioannou Gladstonos 11 (Block C), Larnaca 6023, in the 'Nikolaides complex' — a short walk from Finikoudes beach. The building sits on a narrow, one-way alley. Look out for the large 'Nikolaides complex' sign — you'll see it clearly if you come in on foot from the pedestrian end of the alley (that end is walk-only; cars can't enter from there). Arriving by taxi or Bolt? Ask for the exact address. The entrance is marked BLOCK C, beside the public car park.
📍 Open the exact map pin
Self check-in is from 2:00 PM. Your personal door code and studio number are sent to you before arrival and also appear in your guest portal.
  • At the BLOCK C entrance on the ground floor you’ll find the lockboxes — one for each studio, each marked with its number. Go to the lockbox for your studio (101, 102, 103…), enter your code and pull the latch to collect your keys.
  • The BLOCK C entrance door is usually open; if it’s locked, one of your keys opens it. Head up to the first floor.
  • Open the door with the Zen City Suites sign, then the grey door just behind it (almost always open). Through it: Studios 101 & 102 are on the right, all others on the left.
Absolutely — the lockbox is accessible 24/7, so late arrivals are completely fine. Your check-in details have everything you need to let yourself in at any hour.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Arriving earlier? You can leave your bags at a secure luggage store a 5-minute walk away (see During your stay), or message us — if your studio happens to be ready sooner, we'll gladly let you in early.
There's no working lift, and all studios are one floor up (first floor), reached by stairs. If you have heavy luggage or any mobility needs, please take this into account before booking — as we're not on-site, we're unable to help with bags on arrival.
Your keyring has 4 keys — the main entrance (downstairs), the Zen City Suites entrance (first floor), your studio, and the laundry room — plus a small electricity card. Pop the card into the slot just inside your door to switch on the lights and AC, and please keep it attached to the keys.

In your

Studio

Each studio has its own network. Your Wi-Fi name and password are in your arrival message and your guest portal, and are also displayed on the wall inside your studio. The router sits behind the sofa — there's a small door panel in the wall you can press open to reach it if you ever need to restart it. Can't connect? Just message us.
Everything for light self-catering: pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses in the cabinets, plus a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and microwave. To get you going, we leave a little welcome pack — tea, coffee, sugar and a few Nespresso capsules for your first day. Please note there's no dishwasher, oven or air fryer.
We'd suggest bottled water for drinking — it's inexpensive and available everywhere nearby. If you have a filter bottle, the tap is fine for that.
In the drawer under the TV.
Cyprus uses the UK-style Type G plug (three rectangular pins). Each studio includes 1 universal adaptor, plus 10 power sockets, 3 USB ports and 3 USB-C ports.
The AC remote is on the wall or the table — it both cools and heats (look for the sun/snowflake mode). Please switch it off whenever you leave the studio. If it won't turn on, check the electricity card is in the slot by the door.
Please leave the red switches on the wall — the ones for the fridge, cooker and internet — switched on at all times. Turning them off will cut power to the fridge (and spoil what’s inside), the hob, or the Wi-Fi. Everything else you’re welcome to use as normal.
Yes — there's a spare quilt or blanket in the wardrobe for cooler evenings.
Hot water is solar-heated during the day. On cloudy days or in the evening, press the "Boost" button on the wall panel:
  • ¼–½ hour — a quick refresh
  • 1 hour — two showers + kitchen use
  • 2 hours — four showers + other use
Once pressed, allow 20–30 minutes for the water to heat. In winter, or on days with little sun, press it 1–2 hours before you need it. Press again to add time; press until no lights flash to turn it off.
We provide bath towels for use inside the studio. For the beach, please bring your own beach towels — or pick some up along Finikoudes promenade.
You'll find a 2-in-1 shampoo & shower gel, a few toilet rolls and a bath mat. (Bath towels are provided too — see above.)
Yes. In the balcony studios (101–105) they're out on the balcony; in the King Studio (106) they're behind the studio door.
Studios 101–105 each have a balcony, which catches the sun from around midday into the afternoon — lovely for a coffee or a spot of sunbathing. The King Studio (106) doesn't have a balcony.
Please take your rubbish to the neighbourhood bins, to the left of the property, at the end of the road.

The

Laundry room

It's on the first floor, open 24/7. From your studio, step out and open the grey Zen City Suites door. The laundry room is then the door on your left (marked "Laundry Facilities"); the lift is on your right, and the white door directly opposite opens onto the staircase. Unlock the laundry door with your laundry key.
Inside you'll find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and a sink. We don't provide detergent, softener or capsules — bring your own or buy nearby. Please don't leave laundry unattended, and empty the dryer lint filter after use.
Yes — both are in the laundry room. You're welcome to take the board to your studio to do your ironing, then please return it afterwards.

During your

Stay

For longer stays, your first refresh clean is complimentary — scheduled for a morning while you're out (about 1–1.5 hours). Any further cleans are €30 (1–2 guests) or €40 (3+ guests). Prefer not to have anyone in? We can simply drop off fresh sheets, towels and bin bags instead — just let us know.
We don't store luggage on-site, but there's a secure facility a 5-minute walk away that you can book directly: Stow Your Luggage, Larnaca.
Don't worry — message or call us straight away and we'll sort it out for you.
No smoking inside the studio — you're welcome to smoke on your balcony, where you have one, or outside the building. No parties or events, and no pets. Quiet hours are 11 PM – 8 AM. Only the guests on the booking should stay overnight; let us know in advance if anything changes.

Your

Check-out

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Before you go:
  • Turn off the lights and air conditioning
  • Take any rubbish to the neighbourhood bins (left of the property, end of the road)
  • Close the windows and lock your studio door
  • Return all keys (with the electricity card) to the same lockbox at the entrance
Trouble with the lockbox? (The code is the same one you used to get in.) Just leave the keys inside the studio, on the kitchen table, and pull the door closed behind you. Early flight (e.g. 3–4 AM)? No problem — the lockbox works 24/7, so you can head off any time.
Sometimes, depending on the next booking — just ask and we'll do our best. Message us on +44 7738 064 232.

Getting around

Transport

Larnaca Airport is about 15 minutes away.

The Kapnos Airport Shuttle runs directly between Paphos and Larnaca airports, in both directions — about 1h40, roughly €17–19 per adult (under-12s free). • Free street parking — surrounding streets, first-come, first-served.
  • Closest & cheapest paid lot — right next door; a flat €3 each time you enter (whether you stay 10 minutes or up to 24 hours). Map
  • 24/7 supervised parking — a 2–3 min walk, staffed, pay by the hour; ideal for long stays. Map
For a taxi, we recommend Chris +357 96 299 888 (also on WhatsApp) or Akropolis Taxi Stavrakis +357 24 652531 (24/7). Bolt is also a handy, affordable option — just book a ride in the app.
The handy one from us is Bus 425 (Larnaca Station – Finikoudes – Mackenzie – Airport). It runs along the seafront and takes you to Mackenzie beach, the Salt Lake and the airport, for just a couple of euros — buy your ticket from the driver when you board. Metropolis Mall is served by many city routes (408, 410, 412, 413, 414, 420, 422, 423, 425, 426, 427, 440, 454) — check the nearest stop on the official timetables (Larnaca’s buses aren’t on Google Maps): Cyprus Public Transport – Larnaca.
Intercity buses connect Larnaca to the main towns — affordable and easy. The stop is an 8-minute walk from us (near Marzano / Arch. Makariou Police Station). Routes, times & fares: Prefer door-to-door? A taxi or a hire car is quickest.
  • Nextbike — Larnaca’s bike-share; grab one from the Finikoudes seafront stand and unlock it with the Nextbike app.
  • Adventures Cyprus — bike rentals (and tours): adventurescyprus.com.
